Date with Daddy!

Yesterday was so much fun as I got some quality time with Avery & Gabriel while Cael stayed the night with Grandpa Craig & Grandma Karen. On the flip side, Cael had a great time at the lake and informed me that he wanted to stay with them for 10 nights! He caught a blue gill with a minnow, and came home with lots of goodies from Grandma!

Avery and I had fun getting ready for our date with Daddy! She helped me curl my hair and produced the biggest belly laughs when I let her spray my hair with the hair spray. She also had a great time putting on all my makeup. She was a little disappointed when I washed her makeup off before we left the house. I think that will be the rule until she is 18 years old!

Corbin and I actually went on a date last night! We met my parents for supper in order to get Cael back and then took them to our house to play with the babysitter. This was our first date alone since Gabriel was born! The sitter did great with all three kids, and most importantly, the kids had lots of fun with the sitter. Corbin was a trooper for supporting my dorky side by graciously going to the Harry Potter movie. It was a great night!
