Easter!

We felt so blessed this year to be with our wonderful families on Easter. Last year Corbin and I spent Easter at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, MN, while Gabriel was in the hospital. We were thankful for his excellent care at the Mayo Clinic, but it was awful being so far away from Cael and Avery on such a special holiday. What a difference a year makes! Praise God!

We attended church in the morning and then spent the day at the lake at my aunt’s house. It was a great day filled with fishing, egg hunts, food, and lots of chocolate!

It is a tradition in our family to put money along with candy in the eggs for the hunt. I think my kids banked about $5!

Later we traveled to Corbin’s parent’s house for dinner which turned out to be the perfect ending to a perfect day!
